philly fashion week 2014 ready to wear

Friday night I had an AH-mazing time volunteering for Philly Fashion Week’s Ready To Wear show at the Crane Arts building in Philadelphia. As a front end volunteer, I was doing everything from taking photos of vendors and guests as they mingled to assisting staff at the door checking guests and VIP in. You can take a look at my outfit from the evening here. At the event there was a cash bar, a live band, and a few vendors for those guests hoping to make a few fashion week purchases.

Once we started admitting guests the space was literally packed from wall-to-wall

Neuro was one of the sponsors of Philly Fashion Week 2014 and the set up was adorable. They were advertising their new “Sleep” drink, mellow mango, and were giving out these adorable sleep masks with our drink samples.

Dom Streater really stole the night for me. The attention to detail and the cohesiveness of the story from her collection was impressive, as to be expected from such a talented designer with her credentials. If you’d like to see more photos from the night, please head on over to my Instagram. It was an amazing night and I can’t wait to show you all the BEYOND great photos I got from the couture show the following night…and you’ll never guess, from the FRONT ROW! :D
